If you're suicidal now how are you gonna feel 10 years from now when you have saved any money, you've barely paid any of the debt, and you're getting older, fatter and balder?

Get help, seriously. Your school, employer, or health insurance probably has some sort of mental health line. If not, the local bar association might. Get help.
It can seem like student loans are overwhelming, but they really are manageable once you get the right perspective. It's just debt - you can still live your life.

Honestly evaluate your job prospects--if you went to a good school and have a clerkship, eventually you should be able to find a job that will enable you to pay back your loans. Many lenders will work with you to develop a plan... are your loans currently set up for graduated repayment?
The worst thing you can do is just stop paying. Remember that guy who didn't pass NY C&F because of his debt, which was like $400k? Yeah, about half of that total was for collection and attorney's fees the lender incurred after he defaulted.
Even without Biglaw, your debt is manageable. What about government jobs? Seems like the clerkship should set you up at least a little... and is your judge willing to help by calling his contacts for you?
Leaving the country is a terrible idea, because once your realize how TTT the rest of the world is, your debt will have doubled. Besides, what good is an American law degree going to do in another country? Your job prospects are much better here.
