No. But we should probably change how its regulated.
Changes:
(1) Measure only employment that required the student to have a J.D. or the other degree that forms a part of a joint degree program in which the student was actually enrolled.
(2) Require verification of the numbers under oath.
(3) Require public reporting of the numbers.
(4) Require verification of a random sample of the jobs reported at each school.
(5) Put misrepresentations of the numbers within the scope of consumer fraud statutes.
