j/k...I was thinking about actually putting this little caveat in mine (but didn't).

I think you STILL take the BigLaw with full debt--$100,000 is two years worth of salary (calculating after tax amount).

Soo...I don't think that sweetens the deal.

The better question, which you should insert as a revision, is having $500,000 in the bank.

THAT is the equivalent of what the BigLaw guy makes after almost 5-6 years right, so then it is an interesting hypo.
