10 league team, re draft, 4 pt passing tds, no PPR.
QB: Stafford, Roethelisberger
WR: Reggie Wayne, Steve Smith (Carolina), TO, Sidney Rice
RB: MJD, Pierre Thomas, Arian Foster, Bradshaw, Beanie Wells
TE: Celek
D: Zona (playing weekly matchups)
I'm obviously not strong at Qb or TE. I'm worried by Celek's lack of production in the preseason, though Kolb seemed to love him last year. I'm hoping that Beanie/Bradshaw breakout, and then I can package them with Celek for: 1. gates/Clark and something else decent, 2. A good QB, 3. another stud WR.

i'm high on stafford but i think you could find a better QB in a 10 team league unless many of the other teams drafted a back-up.
your WRs are not good. reggie wayne looked absolutely horrible last season and peyton has more weapons than ever.
steve smith is a good talent but there's nobody to throw him the ball.
TO could have a decent year but there's a ton of better options in that draft range (maclin, knox, nicks, etc.)
your RBs are very good.
love celek. not sure why you're down on him. sure, he's slightly more valuable in PPRs, but i only take clark, finley, gates and davis over him. gonzalez is done and witten is really only useful in PPR, and can be expected to stay in to block more often now that dallas' line sucks.
your chance: bad to decent. really need to get a better WR.

and almost all of those yards and TDs came in the first half of the season. he looked old and slow in the second half. one big preseason game doesn't erase a half-season (and playoffs) in my eyes. week 12 on:
at Texans: 3 catches, 19 yards. 1 TD.
vs. Titans: 4 catches, 48 yards. 0 TDs.
vs. Broncos: 4 catches, 43 yards. 0 TDs.
at Jaguars: 5 catches, 132 yards. 1 TD.
vs. Jets : 3 catches, 33 yards. 0 TDs.
vs. Ravens (playoffs): 8 catches, 63 yards. 1 TD.
vs. Jets (playoffs): 3 catches, 55 yards. 0 TDs.
vs. Saints (Super Bowl): 5 catches, 46 yards. 0 TDs.

This is better than I thought you'd come up with, but. . .
Two of those games are against Revis. He's still the most reliable receiver on a team with the best QB in the league.
But you've still got me thinking. I'm considering offering MJD/Wayne for Chris Johnson/Megatron. Though that's a lot of reliance on the Lions weeks 1 through 5.

wayne is also 32 (remember torry holt? he was 32 last season) and there's talk that his knee isn't 100%. gonzalez is back, and garcon and collie emerged last season. simply put, reggie wayne is a recipe for disaster this year.
he might have a good season, but why not trade him and get a similar WR (calvin, austin, marshall, white) with less question marks?
fwiw, i'd do that trade if i were you. not sure if the other owner would though. . .
