High debt (query whether any partners personally guaranteed the credit line or the bonds) and diminishing prospects. Rainmakers, even with guarantees, are bailing which means they don't see themselves getting paid.
Big question is how long and whether there is something that survives. Dewey is a marketable name (unlike heller or thelen). I doubt it happens though.
