i am about to go through OCI. have a good shot of coming away with something (good grades at t10). have no interest in shitigation. my goal is to be in biglaw for however long it takes before i can land some kind of attractive-ish in-house offer (4-5 years?).
what sort of corp. practice should i be looking into? tax? M&A? i really don't know what the differences are between corporate practice areas as far as the day-to-day responsibilities and ultimate exit opportunities, but assuming i want to optimize the latter, please advise.
