They sneaked a tax through this time but in the future things like this will have to be called a tax and won't get passed. Obamacare never would have been passed if it was called a tax.
And now we have a law that the country hates and it will be repealed/modified. Polls show that even a majority of self-identified DEMOCRATS don't like the law. Only a matter of time before Obamacare gets the shaft. |

It's debatable whether this is an expansion of the taxation power. Even if it isn't an expansion of that power, it is undeniably an increase in the propensity of Congress to exercise it.
