First, they tend to test nuances that are not only not present in lectures but not even present in CMR, perahps they exist in giant book.
Second, they tend to have issues which can be adequately answered in 3-4 sentences but the model answer turns into 2 pages by having 6 sentence rule explanation for the simplest of rules.
Anyone else feel this is flame? |

I thought they were pretty helpful for driving home the fact that in NY, you get points for saying as much correct shit as possible, even if it's not 100% on topic and would never be used in an actual legal argument.
