reached wrong conclusion for several NY essay qs. score?

but for several of the sub-questions i either made up a rule that was wrong, or reached a totally different conclusion (like this k is enforceable when it wasnt). what essay scores can i expect on those qs? |

Date: July 24th, 2012 11:07 PM Author: Primrose institution DAMNIT. for some reason i thought risk of loss is on teh seller until the buyer takes the possession if it's a merchant-seller and a non-merchant purchaser. that's wrong though.
i bet i still get near full points though for pointing out the goods being set aside and risk passing to buyer normally.
they read these things so quickly they don't give a fuck just looking for key words. |
