Looking for a small 1 bedroom under 3k. What area is it easier to date/ hook up with females?

About the same. The question is what kind of girls you're looking for.

E Village: hipsters/NYU students

Murray Hill: recent grads compensating for their fear of entering the real world by fratting as hard as they can.

Personally, I find Murray Hill insufferable.

also depends on how east in the east village. I think MH will be better access to UWS/UES trim but then the hipster chicks will think you are boring.

Decent 1bedroom in EV is about 2800. Studios ~2k. Not sure about MH. Just looking for the easiest place to meet and hook up with objective 7s on the reg. I'm a corp biglawyer so I don't think hipsters would ike that unless I BS and say I'm working on BIGIPO stock raising for ETSY. Doubt they'd check or call me on it. Lmaoo

I went to NYU and know everything about the village and MH.

East village is great until you get wayyy over past Ave C. Then you are a bit far from the train and there are some projects and a coal power plant over there.

Closer to 3rd Ave. is credited, even up to Ave C. You'll have Zum Schneider which is a credited German beer garden.

Things are cheaper in the EV. You can get a shoebox studio for as little as $1,500. But this will be a 200sq ft. SHOEBOX with one burner and a mini fridge as a kitchen and one small window facing a brick wall. You can get a credited one bedroom (nothing special, in a walkup) for $2,250 in the area. Lots of bars, younger crowd.

Only downside to EV is that the commute to Midtown is a little harder than from MH but it sounds easier to get girls there. And 2200 for a one bedroom in an area with lots of bars sounds highly credited.

as a lawyer it should be easier to pull women in murray hill. mos of the women in the EV will not be interested in a lawyer. your commute will be easier from mh too. mh is more for fresh out of college, kids though. douchey college kids.

He wont be limited to MH if he lives there but a lot of sober interaction with female (gym, drug store, grocery store, etc) will take place in his neighborhood which is a great time to pick up females.

i lived in EV when i was biglaw. hipsters don't live there (they might hang out there sometimes when they feel like makin the trek from brooklyn). the commute in the mornings was always a bunch of suits so it's mostly yuppies who live there mixed with rich nyu students. it's older than MH, mostly late-20s/early 30s people.

MH is just for fresh out of college grads sharing converted 2BRs in entry-level jobs hanging out at joshua tree. that could be your thing if you're into that.
