Crazy Grandmother Wants To Leave Me Her House - But I must...

Main problem with this is (A) Won't be able to sell/rent the property until they die, and(B) I currently live in another state, so it's not like I could live in the house and take care of the stupid dogs.

He's still ultimately getting more than me in terms of actual value, but he's a greedy fuck. Also, he'll be upset that my grandmother is specifically favoring one grandchild over all the others. Each of his kids is only getting a token sum.
The other one is a dumb poor who makes terrible life choices and just needs all the money she can get. She also resents my parent (her sibling) and already thinks my grandmother plays favorites. Because of her shitty life choices, she's got plenty time to go snooping around the house trying to see if the dogs are there.
I could see her and the jew accountant teaming up. |

Why would you disrespect an older person's concerns? Your grandmother is more caring than 99% of the posters on this thread.
As it is, leaving dogs alone in a house without people around or even a walker who comes in two hours a day isn't a good idea. Dogs are social animals, and dogs that have been pets need to be around people.
If you and the rest of the family don't care about the dogs the best thing to do is to find a good home for them after your grandmother dies. There are rescue organizations who help out in this kind of situation and small fluffy dogs are pretty easy to rehome. But you do need to be sincere in your promise to your grandmother that you will find a good home for them. Don't be a greedy jerk and put them down against her wishes because otherwise you're just as bad as the cousins you mock.
Your grandmother should put in her will that the estate will not dispose of the assets until a proper home is found for the dogs and she should have a vet or a local animal rescue person serve as one of the executors to ensure this happens. Until that time the estate will fund the care and maintenance of the dogs.
