Also, you entirely missed the point -- the type of coconut oil that's solid at room temperature is 2/3 MCTs, whether u melt it or not. The type that's liquid at room temp is 100% MCTs, even better for you and promotes ketosis even faster. Anyhoo, I'm finally losing weight again. Thank Jesus. |
