4 days before trial, just realized forgot to produce key docs

These are later versions of some docs already produced to plaintiff
Should I produce these now even though the production deadline has passed?
Should I forget abt them?
Edit - plaintiffs may bring up that my clients apparently didn't possess these docs if I don't produce them. How do I explain this fuck up to the partner? |
