35-60k. Depends on the firm.
They'll likely throw you some % on the cases you personally bring in too if it is a decent shop.
Edit: Corboy/Clifford pays their assoc. 100k I've heard but those firms are the outlier.

varies widely... if at a standard place that tries mostly cases where liability is not really an issue, anywhere from maybe 30-70k. if at a place that tries very high damage cases but where there are serious causation / liability issues, then maybe 80-120k.
