Let's take the TES rankings from last year. I think that's a fair starting point, although I vociferously disagree with many of their choices. I'll just take the top 12.
1. Caltech - NO
2. Stanford - NO
2. Oxford - YES
4. Harvard - YES
5. MIT - NO
6. Princeton - YES
7. Cambridge - YES
8. Imperial - YES
9. Berkeley - SORT OF
10. Chicago - NO
11. Yale - YES
12. ETH Zurich - NO
But I still say the set of schools founded by Jesus (Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale, Princeton) are better than the ones founded by the Flying Spaghetti Monster (Caltech, Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, Chicago).
