Obv the staff attorney experience isn't going to be a boost there. I have seen them go to doc review vendors but I think any pay raise is incremental there, maybe 90k to 100k. They actually make associates out of the staff attorneys but I suspect it's not going to happen for me. The pay is good--45/hr + time and a half--but a recruiter told me that is absolute top of the market so there's really not much hope of ever doing much better.
