Honestly your billing rate is too low and if you work in shitlaw where they cant increase it, then you should have less overhead and drive up what you keep.

I bill at just over $400 per hour so I would make quite a bit of money billing 2500 hours. I'm a 6th/7th year. |

I'm looking at the same compensation model plus MAYBE a 10k bump. So I'm looking at a life making <$175,000 unless I'm really a rainmaker. |
