Do some research for a trial in 2 wks.
Just me (assoc) and the partner on the case. I'm obv swamped w a myriad of doc stuff. But partner didn't even tell me he was going to ask the other assoc to complete the research tasks.
Should I be worried? Concerned?

lol @ u thinking the partner respects you as an equal to whom he should disclose administrative details.
No you shouldn't be worried--this happens all the time. But you should be concerned about your ability to command respect in the workplace.
