250K in student loans, dropped out of dental school, what to do?

15K in CC debt, but still have a credit score of ~700.
Doing nothing but selling some stuff online to pay my bills. Living with parents.
Should I go to a cheap LS? |

Didn't take the MCAT but had no desire of becoming an MD. |
