fuck cardio. dont do anymore than 20 minutes/day or youll run out of gas

balsamic vinegar + red pepper flakes + oil is the easiest.

or like...some kind of spicy soy/sesame shit.

honestly I always just wing it with salads. I don't have a good low carb salad dressing off the dome. I don't eat much salad anyway....I do blanched asparagus + lemon juice/hot sauce. or Brussels sprouts or broccoli.

yeah olive oil. extra virgin just means high quality. but I don't think that matters too much since the dominant flavor will be the balsamic.

Honestly, at two weeks out you aren't really going to lose fat. Your best shot is to lose water.

I'd suggest several things.

2. Lose as much water as possible

3. Last minute carb load for full muscles.

4. Get a pump before going.

5. Practice your poses. Some positions make you look fat as fuck. Stand in front of a mirror and see how much you can flex without it looking like you are flexing. Think about where girls press their arm into their side and their tricep looks huge? I'm sure there is the same thing for guys.
