Officially no, slavery was banned in the 1960s under King Faisal.
Unofficially the khafeel (sponsor) system is tantamount to slavery as the khafeel's permission is required for a foreign worker to leave the country. There are South Asian laborers who've been here 20 years and can't go home because their sponsor won't give the exit visa
