ICE conducted operations yes but only to catch serious criminals i.e people who had committed violent assault, murder, rape, gang members etc

if they encountered an illegal who they were not looking for they were prohibited from detaining them even though our law clearly states that illegal entry means you get deported

Clinton and Obama's views on gay marriage are pretty much the same. they both were against it in the 90s and early 2000s, then shifted as the public did.
