That would be a weird result but almost seems likely. |

The more populated counties are starting to have bitter divides between the policy approaches of the various towns---to the point where you're starting to overhear specific gripes about so and so town's lack of a shutdown This all changes if news from doctors, from the front lines, continues to worsen though |
