Just medicate him and tell him to ignore the voices, pre-record some Corporate Announcements on his good days, take pics of him intimidating suppliers/customers and publish them on the website. On his bad days just keep him home and show his calendar as booked. OldHLSdude et al could run things from behind the scenes and would have consevatorship over son and his stock options.
Yes technically OldHLSdude could make a better CEO than an insane person but no one would give him the job. The 6`6`` guy on a good day might ace the job interview. And the schizophrenic 6`6`` CEO may or may not be as bad as you're thinking he'll be, his main job would be as a figurehead, all decisions would be made by his subordinates. Also, he may in fact come into his own upon attaining such a position and drop the mental illness, you never know. |
