Date: July 16th, 2023 11:06 PM Author: avocado chapel i find it hirarious that a boart that claims that height is such an advantage constantly fawns over homes with squat ass ceilings. low ceilings crush the perception of space in a home, and this 3mm shithole has the lowest ceilings i have ever seen. your standard door is 80 inches tall. the downstairs ceiling height is arguably 96 inches, and it's not even that upstairs, i dont think upstairs bedrooms even register 8 feet tall. the tallest ceilings are in the unlivable attic of this sad home.
this house faces east, southeast. feng shui big fail. look at the floorplan. the most important areas that need sun are going to get sun only in the afternoon. the kitchen and living room are in the back of the house, with windows facing west, the master bedroom on the second floor (fail) is at the back of the house also. no wonder they installed lights every 12 inches in the home and had them all turned on, this is truly a dark cave of a home. i guarantee the photos are all doctored and brightened.
edit: and fuck these libs for calling it a primary bedroom instead of master. |

It was even worse in places like backcountry Greenwich where your commute to downtown NYC could be almost 2 hours.
But I think moving to only 2-3 days in office has breathed new life into these real estate markets. |
