In the abstract it doesn't seem funny, but when one actually comes flouncing out, hilarity ensues.

The two man horse. The costume where two people get into a horse and walk around?

No one has ever seen this?

yes. i love the incongrous way in which the two-man horse moves. the two men can never seem to quite get in sync (which is a good thing, as it lends itself to hilarity), and the front guy gets to rise and dip and dance all erratically and gracefully, whereas the back guy just kind of follows and tries not to trip. it's also funny to see such a lifeless and stupid looking head attached to such a dynamic body.

The lifeless stupid head is one of the best parts of the two man horse.
