it denatures the outer layers of many viruses and bacteria, meaning that they can't easily replicate in your mouth or nasopharyngeal passage after getting gargled. |

there's no harm in getting it (unlike wuflu), but it doesnt protect you against the flu. |

I was so wiped out that I didn't eat and hardly drank for 4 days. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had to take breaks halfway up the stairs and any time I took more than a few steps.
Started feeling shitty on Friday afternoon and felt like death by early evening. Saturday, Sunday were terrible and I ended up taking off work until Thursday and mostly felt back to normal Thursday evening, except for the respiratory stuff. That took a couple weeks to go away. |
