my thing has always been i'm fine with whichever ethnics so long as they try with sincerity to adapt to white and western culture, which is "settled" and "chill" in ways that many of these third world cultures are not. don't care if my neighbor is hispanic or white or japanese so long as they respect me having a bbq pit and don't scowl at me for wearing something other than black or white business clothes when leaving the house
