If OSU losses to Indiana you could argue that OSU would have had 1 loss going into the BTTG had they played Indiana during the regular season like Oregon did. And we know Oregon would be undefeated if they had Grambling State on the schedule instead of Indiana like OSU did.

It would be punishing since we’re talking about two teams with a loss to a common opponent and the same number of losses. punishing is when a team gets an extra loss for losing to a team the next team never played

idk man Indiana is pretty good, good enough to beat 11-1 Oregon at home, and OSU hasn’t played anyone yet. all of their opponents have at least 3 losses.
