Take fin + consequences or go bald?

Date: January 4th, 2026 7:48 PM Author: vigorous irate church building associate 40 and I noticed the last year in certain lighting my follicles look thin and in the worst possible places (front). Everyone tells me I’m crazy. But I’m also great at combing my hair in a way that masks it, a modified Johnny Knoxville style. About 6 months ago I talked to my doctor (some guy from Bangladesh on Amazon) and got a $36 prescription for Fin. Never took it.
I use “powder” in my hair. Every picture I look great. I thought to myself maybe I’m overreacting. Today my barber was like oh wow you lost a little hair? He recommended rogisne. I’ve been taking it for 3 months. I thought to myself FUCK. My wife says it looks fine and it might be the grays starting etc etc.
Is now the time? I have a high sex drive. I have 5 kids and married. No one seems to notice IRL not looking at my head. Will this freeze me in place?
I’m a shortmo (5’9.5) so the only thing keeping me in the “life” game right now is my hair and my no wrinkles youthful Zach Efron look.
Need real advice not some XO flame. Assume hair transplants don’t exist. |
