Bacon needs to be high quality and cooked expertly to be edible. Most of the bacon out there is neither.

Bfast sausage is much more forgiving

like 160 probably. i was in a supermarket a month or so ago and couldnt find any inspiration for dinner so i bought a thing of frozen jimmy dean sausage patties, a supermarket brand thing of those grands biscuit dough, a dozen eggs, and some cheese for like 15 bucks total and built my own. was pretty good tasting but way too fucking salty.

Those things are not easy to cook correctly. Very easy to under/overshoot on the cooking times. Microwaves often leave them soggy. Toaster ovens often leave them too dry and crispy.

What are your pro tips?

idk if ive had the specific variety op is talking about but for stuff like that id always defrost it a little first then take it apart. put the bread in the toaster and microwave the rest either on lower power or defrost mode depending on the microwave
