At what age do you let your kids start drinking coffee?

Date: January 16th, 2026 4:00 PM Author: fully online and responsive I spent a summer in Croatia and they gave kids a pitcher of chocalate milk mixed with coffee at breakfast and the kids would burn out running around then take a siesta in the afternoon. I actually got into coffee this way. Seems 180. Our Youngest is 5 and I wanna get all the kids going on it but wife disagrees. Btw I can only drink decaf now because coffee was mentally and physically destructive to me in the long run but its probably good for kids. Some are pretty smooth and other brands will have a much grassier taste.
