Listening to the sounds of that pavement slide by underneath my wheel well, caught up in my thoughts and desires and wonder. If there's a DJ will there be copious amounts of alcohol? Do any of your crew use other substances? I'm sure you abstain completely. I'm just curious because I have never really been around a party scene in many years. What about smoking? Is that allowed in restaurants on St-Barth? Can you sneak away for a quick fag and just have the ocean breeze tassel your hair and exhale and feel a sense of complete contentment? I'm not afforded moments like those. I look for them, maybe I'll find one at the bottom of this 44-oz high-density polyethylene big gulp vessel filled with fizzy yellow "Do the Dew," but probably not. |

Possibly dangerous. When's the last time you did something truly dangerous? Was it on one of your recent skiing trips? Did you push it to the limit? Do you have a bunch of good anecdotes at your fingertips to bring up during dinner? Will there be foie gras? Escargots? I wish I had a boat. Must be a dream. |
