He doesn’t want to do trunk or treating anymore and he’s not interested in costumes. It wasn’t long ago that he was running up and down the street snd so excited to go. Oh well.

I was thinking Scream (1996).

Any recommendations for a Friday night movie night with dad? Mom will probably watch too.

I’m sure he’s seen far worse on YouTube. Nobody listens to MPAA anymore anyway.

Trunk or treating? Is that where you go to a parking lot and people pass out candy from their car trunks?

scream isnt a bad choice if youre really gonna do this but still weird to watch something like that with a 10 year old imo.

i dont think i'll ever watch R rated movies with my kids even when theyre old enough to drive

Didnt Scream have some heavily sexual themes? Weird movie choice to watch w a kid.

As someone suggested upthread, Ghostbusters could be a good choice.

I thought you were referring to the Wayans brothers' horror comedy movie Scary Movie. I'm not sure that would translate for a 2025 10 year old.
