So usually in these fake SSDI apps I like to see the mood disorder trifecta—post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major depressive disorder (MDD), and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
If someone legitimately has mood disorder like Bipolar I and a criminal record and some hospitalizations they may be legitimately disabled. This is doubly true for the psychotic disorders like schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
I don’t think your plan of collecting SSDI at 31 is a very good one, as pretty much all of these conditions are associated with seriously low quality of life, imprisonment, and early death.
But if you were a really good faker and gamer of the system, I think your real play is to do military enrollment, seek a medical discharge, obtain your VA disability rating and money for life, and your medical care for life, then once you’ve milked those wells dry you can go back through with some sand and some pumps and a whole lot of water and try to frac yourself some new production on an SSDI claim. But also, don’t forget the possibility of a good old fashioned workplace injury claim, car accident claims, neighborhood dog bites, slips, trips, and falls—the options are nearly endless. For an enterprising soul there’s always another angle to work. Another body part to sell. Go get em, tiger.
