Rach - But Tommy, and I mean this in only the nicest way, all that content you poast is repeated, recycled spam. Nothing new, nothing memorable, just ravings of a mad racist. As you know, some of our best poasters are either mentally ill, racist, or both. I've got nothing against that.

Rach - But what separates the very best of the best from mediocre poasters is true original content. I value creators, those whose originality shines through with frequent new topics, memes, and turns-of-phrase. It's been, what, three years since you created an original meme? What was it ...

Rach - "Three nigga shrimp," that's it. I had to go back to 2014's poasting performance review form for that one. Man, that was classic. Our best poasters create memes like that month after month after month. At this point, you're just not meeting expectations based on your poasting contract.
