Wife removed me from all her Instagram pics. Should I be worried?

I don't go on social media much (been doing a digital detox protocol that I got from Andrew Huberman) but I checked my wife's Instagram recently because we had just gone on a really cool apple-picking outing the previous weekend, and I wanted to see the pictures she took.
But when I went to her Instagram page, none of the pictures that she uploaded had me in them. I remember all the situations in which we took pictures; many of them were taken by other people who she asked to take them for us, so that one or both of us could be in the picture. But none of her uploaded pictures had me in them. Several of them even had me edited out (?), because I definitely remember being in that specific picture.
Then when I scrolled down her Instagram further, I realized that I wasn't in a single one of her pictures. Years of her memories and experiences, and I was nowhere to be seen. I had even been edited out of pictures with our beloved doggo who sadly recently passed away from an allergic reaction to peanuts.
It really shook me and I don't know what to think. Should I confront her about this? Does anyone else have experience with anything like this? I can't help but have a bad feeling about what this could mean.
