However the true rot occurred when woke teachers started to infiltrate the classroom and also, more importantly, the administration of school systems, both public and private, across the country.

It is perhaps no coincidence that prestigious high schools and colleges schools saw this happen early on as it was vitally necessary for this change to occur there first and then gradually filter across the remaining institutions. This is largely attributable to a more direct recruitment of teachers from colleges and assorted social programs, and the essential nature of these institutions in preserving and perpetuating elite institutions in whatever form they take in the current era.

Even by the early 2000's there was a "soft deployment" of a lot of woke topics that would eventually lay the foundation for what we are seeing across the country today.

It makes perfect sense that this happened in this manner however, as woke/crt/diversity doctrines are essentially a form of mental colonization and those who perpetuate it needed the elites of a society to buy in, and have a stake in this new paradigm and sanction its spread before it could progress into the rest of society.

This was in order to provide a head start to the elites of the society, giving them ample warning and time to modify their behavior patterns in order to continue to wield power and consolidate influence as the transition occurs in a seamless manner.

The several decade head start in the race has allowed elites and their children ample time to plan and make the necessary adjustments to their behavior, discourse patterns and social image to weather the storm and remain more or less unaffected. More than enough time was given for students to tailor their extracurricular activities, "activism," community service and the careful selection of what victim class they are affiliated with to comport with the criteria of woke admissions officers, who grant passage into the elite institutions of higher learning and beyond - establishing a bastardized and corrupted cursus honorem for the 21st century.

The results are dismal, both in their hypocrisy and abject failures. A generation of elites now possesses neither the noblesse oblige or civic virtue cultivated by their ancestors, and instead is simply given to an continuous kabuki performance of hollow self flagellation, pointless activism, degenerate consumption and chronic incompetence.

The first few generations of this social experiment are now posting on Facebook or Instagram in their adulthood detailing their struggles against the imagined injustices of the world, preaching the virtues of socialism and the need for higher taxes and wealth redistribution - all from the comfort of their family mansions, having never worked a real job in their lives outside of a chain of sinecures at "non-profits" and "foundations" that are often under direct control of their family or members of their social network.
