stressed out because of work.
sleep is fucked up because of stress.
i exercise every day, but that's not enough.
recently i've been watching YouTube videos of WW2, Korean War, and Vietnam vets giving lectures. mildly interesting but not over-stimulating like most of the trash out there. i meditate every day too. i just want to sleep normally and not feel like i'm on the verge of a mental breakdown.

take as much PTO as you can and go somewhere you really want to go.
cut back on expenses significantly and save as much as you can. the more you have saved and/or invested the less tied you are to the job and the less stressful it is.
spend more time outside (preferably in nature, not urban).
call up friends more often.
cut out most of the junk from your diet and lose weight if either of those are an issue.
