even if this is true what do you think will happen? let's say mueller who is supposed to investigate issues related to election nails trump for tax evasion and money laundering for say 2007/2008. Obviously there will be NO criminal charges or indictment as long as he is president (DOJ cant prosecute president) unlike say for Manafort. Mueller would indicate that he should be charged in his report.
