Mainlanders were prohibited from going to Macau (or Cambodia, jesus) during COVID, and that's also when "illegal" gambling apps started becoming available to mainlanders. Mainlanders who lose money on these "illegal" apps with shit-ass odds are financing a casino boom in Cambodia so that none of it occurs on Chinese soil. Read every account of any visit to a casino in Macau and they all say they lost money out the ass over there.
Vegas casinos were required by law to offer downtown odds, so they had to make up for it in volume (or by steering traffic to the strip). Now that volume is down, Vegas has nothing to offer. Wasteland. |
