Is Metamucil fraud? 21% DV fiber, 36% DV sugar.

Date: August 25th, 2026 9:09 PM Author: peeface it is to make it palatable. that amount isn't going to kill you, and there are versions available without it if you prefer. since you were concerned about DVs, you'll note it is only 8% of the DV for sugar.
