My general detox plan is every morning drag self out of bed and workout and sweat the booze out to make room for more booze. After Bastille Day I will not drink for 8-10 days to get prepped for the final push. We followed up July 4/5 with a moderate night on the 8th and an absolute out of control disaster on the 9th.
