I’ve never watched one of this guy’s streams, I just know he’s a shitlib Turk communist. Looks to me like that that dog is getting a shock when she yelps, but he’s claiming she tripped or something. Either way he’s forcing that dog to stay on frame, which is bad enough - dogs should be running around doing dog things, not sleeping in a corner for 8 hours listening to some guy rant about how much he hates America. |

Some nerds figured out he put electrical tape over the contacts for the removable prongs and that the location of the charging port was for the shock collar variant, not the vibrational collar. If he's telling the truth and it was on vibrate only mode, he still tried to cover up the fact that it was indeed a shock collar.
The dog is effectively a prop for his streams.
