The one I've been to is downstream of heavy ocean spray and corrosion doesn't seem to be much of an issue there |

Supposedly with the tech they use now it only takes 24 hours or so to bring the reactors to an inert state anyway. Lot of new safety tech was mandated after the 3 mile island incident |

Afaik there's never been a real issue from a hurricane interacting with eg a drilling platform The real damage comes from debris, and out far enough you wouldn't have to deal with that as a concern |
