You seem dumb and broken. 75% of doctors are specialists and most specialists do procedures / surgeries.

psych - yes, obviously a jewish flame industry
pathologists could do actual medical work, like autopsies
neuro/endocrine i think do actual medical work/procedures sometimes
infectious disease - that's an academic field, not a clinical field, no? obv anything academic is inherently wordcel

I have in the past
Western medicine has been adjusting to what works from a more Eastern approach even if the "whys" aren't immediately apparent under the microscope. Inductive vs deductive reasoning type stuff and more comfort is being found in utilizing the former approach
Later millennial doctors seem more familiar with the original fundaments and teachings on medicine like e.g. Galen or I had Maimonides' medical writings recommended to me by a jewish doctor friend. A medical journal I used to read regularly highlighted TCM studies for about 4-5 years and I scarcely ever saw that in Western publications growing up. I have an anatomy compendium from the early 00s that gleefully describes TCM type stuff as quackery and relegates it to about a paragraph in an index towards the end. They also do more in colleges now to to teach about ethics in the field which helps to diminish some of the corporate subsidy skewing treatment selections in favor of the drug that's at hand vs looking at the issue in its full spectrum
Whether or not the insurance paradigm catches up with this is another question entirely but you see signs of growth where things like acupuncture or massage or even gym memberships are subsidized by some plans and this happens without adding much cost to the customer, which if utilized properly, will likely lower costs and improve outcomes in the long run
