The bill faces a key deadline Friday, and it's been dropped from the Assembly Public Safety committee agenda. |

If you want the voting age to be 16, you should be logistically consistent & lower the majority age & the conscription age to 16 as well. The Majority Age & Voting Age were lowered from 21 to 18 simultaneously to conform to the conscription age in the early 1970s in light of the Anti-Vietnam War protests.
