My prole ARE Country teenage babysitter who only became exposed to MTV in her junior year of high school, where even then it was only available when she’d go to slumber parties at Kim Evan’s house, the rich girl whose family had cable.

Excitedly telling me about the upcoming prom and showing me a Polaroid of the dress she’s going to wear and how she was going to go to State next year and that she’s already exchanged letters with her roommate who is from Greenville and whose family has a place at North Myrtle that they’re going to go to for spring break.
