We can walk there, the library, the kids’ schools, playgrounds, the town pool, etc. All without homeless people screaming and the constant smell of piss (can drive or train into the city for that), and a community with a lot of other well-mannered white and Asian young families all focused on raising our kids. There are grocery stores, markets, Target, etc. all within 5-10 mins. It’s reasonably quiet and we have a nice but small yard. Not sure where else I would raise a family?
