Apparently it's NOT the Hamas encampment leader Mr Mustapha. Nobody has been ruled out but they have a hard ID on one person.

The fact that @BrownUniversity spent more time covering up for a Muslim foreign born student employee than time they spent actually looking for the shooter shows that Brown is more focused on keeping their federal funding than getting justice for victims who were murdered on their liberal campus.
